My wife and I moved to Greenville a couple of months ago after buying a home. We learned after the purchase of the house that the A/C was not working as represented, and were overwhelmed at the thought of having to get it fixed/replaced, all while trying to get the house ready to move into, and moving itself. Michael inspected the broken components, and even recharged it for free to see if there were any leaks. He was extremely friendly, and more importantly upfront and honest about the task at hand. I felt very comfortable doing business with him after the first service call. We decided to replace the very old A/C unit, as well as to update the non-insulated duct work, move the return from the floor into the wall, and update/relocate several of the vents. Michael fit us into his very busy schedule, finished all the work on time (actually early!), and exactly as promised.
